Rosé Brunch at Napa Winery

As I settle into a new chapter in my Marketing and Events career within the wine industry, I’m reflecting on past work I’ve done, and I couldn’t help but share this rosé inspired Mother’s Day Brunch at Luna Vineyards in Napa, California from earlier this Spring.

When I started planning this intimate event of 30 guests, a soft color palate of blush and rouge immediately popped into my mind (my favorite palate to work with!). I collaborated with Napa Valley local floral designer, Karen Brown, to design arrangements that would enhance the rustic outdoor space. We chose multiple hues of pink using peonies, roses, tulips, and orchids playfully placed in vintage milk glass vases. The arrangements were simple yet stunning, adding some whimsy and drama down the center of the long farm table.

The brunch menu was curated by Chef Mercedes Stahlberger from Lady and the Vine. I selected the wine pairings for the three courses, with the newly released Rosé of Sangiovese as the highlight. I drew inspiration on springtime dandelions to create the menu cards with a subtle flower detail as the focal point.

Guests were invited to take a bottle of Luna rosé home as a parting gift. I made the gift tags and attached them to the neck of each bottle using pink and red ribbon and twine. The gift was completely unexpected and everyone loved them.

Amazing Napa photographer, Sarah Risk from To the Vines captured the special moments from the brunch. Below are some of my favorite photographs from the celebration.
